Absolutely.… we need more law to be published FREE. If publishers want to add a bit of comment fine.… but I never read headnotes… simply because the writer of the headnote isn’t giving the lecture or writing my article / book / nottes — so why would I want to trust their view? Harsh… but fair?
Most lawyers I know go straight to the judgment? Doesn’t everyone
This is a very good initiative and to be fair to present government and ll the free judgment / library services — much has been done in recent years to ensure that the *raw* law is available free to all.
