Random Fire 13

Geeklawyer confesses that he has been somewhat the blog slacker of late. Partly he blames his addiction to Twitter that has eaten up blog writing time and partly, and most welcomely, several high quality bits of work have come in: one of which ought to get him in the IT textbooks and Bailii reports if it goes well.

bankrupt bankers
All the bankers and hedge funds may be slitting their wrists but frankly Jack, Geeklawyer’s All Right. Christmas should be good: Geeklawyer expects to be able to buy Tiny Tim a whopping turkey.

Not that he’ll let the little sponger eat it: if he is to poor to eat that’s the market’s will. Unless he’s a bank of course, in which case he can have $700billion + £500million+all the rest of the World’s money? No, cash only please.

Ian Blair
Terrifically good to see Boris getting stuck into head of the Metropolitan Police Sir Ian Blair and giving him his long overdue marching orders. Technically scumbag Blair resigned due to lack of support but in reality it was the Golden Welly. Neo-labour hacks have been aghast at the politicization that this causes but the truth is that he chose to be Tony Blair’s poodle and implement any trendy new-Labour initiative it could come up with. He lacked the wit to be political well and suffered the penalty. He was sacked not so much through the political act of others but because of his own.

And from senior cretinous filth to Junior cretinous filth. Not content with telling poor CharonQC to vandalise his hedge, while letting kids drown because of Health & Safety rules apparently chundering is now illegal.

More Labour spying: You can’t trust your teacher anymore. They will be required to inform the Nanny State if the pupils begin to form views contrary to Right Think. All in the interests of preventing, at the moment, terrorism and crime. Future reporting of party disloyalty among family members is being planned as we speak.

Oh and because our courts can’t be considered up to the job of deciding whether there is a prima facie criminal case against you, under the new European Arrest warrant you’ll be hoiked to the far end of the EU if there is the faintest most asinine of allegations. Fancy your chances with Greek magistrates? Thanks Blair you oily prick.

Twitter has been eating my blog posting too… it’s worrying.

Nice to have something to chuckle at again.
