		<description>It's worrying when a High Court judge goes loopy, but just a little bit &lt;a href="http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/2007/131.html" title="tragic" rel="nofollow"&gt; when a Lesser Immigration "Judge" does it. Quite an amusing level of detail that the Court of Appeal feels it has to go into, though.&lt;/a&gt;</description>
