Royal blackmail

So who do you think was being blackmailed?

Some are speculating it was Harry Hewitt: sex drugs. Could be. Then again maybe it was an old tape of Prince Charles getting caught performing an act of oral sex on his manservant Micheal Fawcett? (After all if you were shagging Camilla, a donkey wearing lipstick, a manservant would look good even if you were straight.)

Update1: CharonQC informs Geeklawyer that he is number one on Google for “royal blackmail blogs” As of the post date (and his server hits have gone through the roof). Naturally his reaction is to stick some Google Adsense ads on the page :) Money grubbing lawyer? Heavens, you say it like it was a bad thing.

Update2: it seems a commentator on fiction channel Fox TV claimed it was Viscount David Linley. Geeklawyer wonders if this is true? He does hope not, he so want it to be Prince Charles. Not least because he can’t think of any gay cabinet maker jokes: “Why is Linley in the closet? [put something funny to do with him being a cabinet maker here]”

Freddie Windsor… studied law didn’t he?

When they talk of minor ‘Royal’ one assumes they are referring to the ‘pecking’ order rather than the ‘pecker’ order?

No, Freddie studied Classics at Oxford.

Had a look at my logs… 16 visits this afternoon from this page… that is unusual. I did a Google on “Royal Blackmail blogs”… your blog… numero uno. Posted earlier… now, sadly, off to bed after med treatment…

Do you think that Al-Fayed is Googling everyone?

Bit curious as apparently all the suggestions above are wrong. I am told the Huffington Post made the correct identification yesterday.

My vote goes to Harry Hewitt. The blackmailers were threatening to disclose the result of a paternity test.

Ah… Geeklawyer seems to want his own private guided tour of The Tower of London ….

Well… who knows who ‘mystery royal’ is? (apart from everyone who has an internet connection and can Google)… BUT…I seem to have developed myopia as far as blogs within the jurisdiction of the English Court are concerned.

And…anyway… I really don’t care that much… Even a casual reading of our history will reveal much of the behaviour of Royals through the ages… Vive le Republique… SPQR etc etc…

GL… I REFUSE to click your bloody Gooogle Ads tonight.. out of respect … I shall not be a party to such greed …. OK.. but I’ll only click them once each tonight… not like the other times … like I usually do when I get your ‘dark’ emails!

GL… You have been adding even more Google Ads…. since I visited only a few moments ago.

GL… this is getting ridiculous. Your entire blog has turned into a Google advert… like zulus… thousands of ‘em.

I’m sure you will find The White Tower comfortable…

[…] This is ludicrous. Formula teaching gone mad. Maybe this law school wants toproduce formula lawyers… now that will be really useful to the profession. If a tutor at a UK law school is doing this, we really ought to know. Any guesses about which law school Legal Lass is attending? I have a pretty shrewd idea from anecdotal information I receive by email - and I receive a fair bit. Pupilblogger has a tenancy (Congratulations) and seems to have become an ex-blogger. Darwin seems to have been right. Survival of the fittest? The band of UK Blawgers is becoming smaller by the week… I trawled every blog on my blogroll. Quite a few have not blogged for months! C’est la vie…. Geeklawyer continues to enlighten… awf with his head. […]

Morning all, Frankly do any of us really care about this individual or any of his extended family who seem to spend most of their time recovering from hangovers paid for by the workers. The royals spend my money in a cavalier fashion on booze, crumpet, large palaces, art collections, fast motor cars, foreign holidays, castles, large tracts of the UK ( ad nauseum )etc etc , when I should be able to do all this and have more fun than they do. I hope every one of them develops a tickly cough for the rest of their lives. There, I feel a bit better now. Stantheman (not angry, just bitter)
