Story here about some anti-abortion bigot who berated a clinic worker in crude abusive and intimidating manner. Initially convicted and fined he was eventually acquitted.
Not an entirely satisfactory result: but as Voltaire said:

Mind you, he was a cheese eating surrender monkey - so one wonders how much fighting he would have done.

Where’s the intimidation?
I’m rude about Geeklawyer all the time, but that’s not intimidating. Threatening to stab him in the face as he so richly deserves would be intimidating.
I would also note that anyone who says that “it’s been, like, a two year battle” is a prime candidate for a personal introduction to Mr. Stabby.
