A group of dangerous young hooligans have been causing a threat to civil order by chalking hopscotch markings on the pavements. West Midlands Police (tis they) said that in dealing with this kind of low level crime they could prevent more serious problems developing.
Don’t these children yet realise they should be contributing to the economy by staying at home, playing on the computer and eating junk food? Playing on the street only invites harassment by strangers such as Community Support Officers.
Yes… saw that story myself…haven’t they got better things to do. I do not like children in pubs - but I have absolutely no objection to them elsewhere (not that keen of having children of my own)
Community Support Officers in West London do seem to need the exercise. I have seen a few well noursihed specimens walking about. What do they, in fact, do?
