Despite working full time, she helped run the local youth club and was an officer in the Girls Brigade. She never smoked, hardly drank and ate healthily. I'd like to rail at the unfairness of life, but hardly. Cancer seems to strike quite randomly, young people, old people, young mothers..I can hardly say its more unfair in her case. Macmillan have been brilliant, so in doing the run, I'm doing what I can to try and give something back. My mum..lived her whole life for other people.
