The Da Vinci Code

Who do we all reckon is going to win? Time for a bit of gambling. Geeklawyer has only read the news report and not the case papers but he reckons Dan Brown, the defendant, is going to win: he reckons that the ‘taking’ is not going to be substantial enough, insufficient overborrowing of the prior works. Off, then, to Ladbrokes to plonk down a couple of hundred quid.
Of course, he deserves to fail for writing such a load of rubbish but then that never stopped Jeffrey Archer.
