Rugby and exercise generally

Ruthie decided years ago that dieting was just too much like hard work, but if you run around enough you can eat whatever you like.

I am therefore a keen rugby player (second row). It is game that also provides excellent stress relief after a lost court case. In two seasons I have yet to receive any significant injury except earache from my team mates from dropped balls. There isn’t a Rugby category on the blog, but I’m hoping that Geeklawyer will indulge me on the basis that he is a rugby fan.

The women of the Ipswich Scorpions Rugby team have produced a daring calender to raise money for new kit. Check it out, www.ipswich-rugby.co.uk but better still, buy a calendar.

Ruthie is also running in this years London Marathon to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Relief. Any offers of sponsorship very welcome. I’ve run 8.2 miles today in 1 hour 40 mins. And yes, I know there are people that could walk it more quickly..
