Geeklawyer hasn’t been writing much recently and you may fear he is suffering blawging fatigue: the commonest precursor to the death of any blog/blawg.
No, Geeklawyer is labouring under the weight of a sudden influx of clients suing or being sued. Litigators among the audience will be familiar with the experience of the arrival of pallet loads of A4 binders all of which have to be read and absorbed in detail by the following day.
