The Register reports that a German IT company is banning moaning. Geeklawyer imagines that the application for an injunction to enforce this clause would be somewhat challenging.
Of course if it is enforceable then perhaps the converse is also: Geeklawyer would be pleased to see a permanent workplace ban on all those interminably bloody cheery optimists. We miserabilists are entitled to our one joy, surely.
