IPKat has graciously conceded that I am the first UK IP barrister to blog. The eating of humble pie is entirely unnecessary however, or at least the eating of a whole one.
In pathetic gratitude for feeding his inflated ego Geeklawyer will talk of himself in the third person for the remainder of the week, ala IPKat.
Geeklawyer doubts if he has the gravitas to carry this off but he will try anyway.
